Rainbow Full Gloss Synthetic Enamel
Rainbow Full Gloss Synthetic Enamel is made of special synthetic resins and high quality pigments that ensure long-lasting shine on the surface. This paint releases relatively less carbon into the atmosphere. This paint is suitable for iron and wood.
Site preparation
Dust and old paint should be cleaned with lead paper or suitable method before painting. Wipe clean with Rainbow T6 Thinner if the area is oily. Suitable primer and undercoat should be applied before finishing paint. After the primer or undercoat dries well, then the finishing paint should be applied.
Finishing paint
Rainbow Full Gloss Synthetic Enamel should be thinned appropriately with Rainbow T6 Thinner. For brush or roller application, mix 10% to 12% thinner. 25%-30% thinner should be mixed for spraying. Apply 2 coats over properly thinned paint, primer or undercoat. After applying the first coat (12 to 18 hours) dry well and apply the next coat.

রংধনু ফুল গ্লস সিনথেটিক এনামেল বিশেষ ধরনের সিনথেটিক রেজিন এবং উন্নত মানের পিগমেন্ট দিয়ে তৈরি যা স্থানের দীর্ঘ দিনের উজ্জ্বলতা নিশ্চিত করে। এই পেইন্ট বায়ু মন্ডলে কার্বনের পরিমাণ তুলনামূলক ভাবে কম ছড়ায়। এই পেইন্ট লোহা ও কাঠের জন্য উপযোগী।
স্থানের প্রস্তুতি
রং করার পূর্ব ধুলোবালি এবং পুরোনো রং সিরিষ কাগজ কিংবা উপযুক্ত পদ্ধতিতে পরিষ্কার করতে হবে। জায়গাটিতে তৈলাক্ত পদার্থ থাকলে রেইনবো T6 থিনার দিয়ে মুছে পরিষ্কার করুন। ফিনিশিং রং করার পূর্বে উপযুক্ত প্রাইমার এবং আন্ডার কোটি লাগাতে হবে। প্রাইমার বা আন্ডার কোট ভালোভাবে শুকিয়ে গেলে তারপর ফির্নিশিং পেইন্ট লাগাতে হবে।
ফিনিশিং পেইন্ট
রংধনু ফুল গ্লস সিনথেটিক এনামেল রেইনবো T6 থিনার দিয়ে উপযুক্তভাবে পাতলা করে নিতে হবে। ব্রাশ অথবা রোলার দিয়ে লাগানোর জন্য ১০% থেকে ১২% থিনার মিশাতে হবে। স্প্রে করার জন্য ২৫%-৩০% থিনার মেশাতে হবে। উপযুক্তভাবে পাতলা করা পেইন্ট, প্রাইমার কিংবা আন্ডার কোটের উপর ২ কোট লাগতে হবে। প্রথম কোট লাগানোর পর (১২ থেকে ১৮ ঘন্টা) ভালোভাবে শুকিয়ে নিয়ে পরবর্তী কোট নাগাতে হবে।
